About Me

I, Walter Von Butcher, a lovable Alcoholic Chef, was raised by penguins following a childhood boating accident. I graduated magna cum laude from Falmouth Day Care, where I learned that not all issues can be resolved with the threat of a right hook. I received my business degree from Boston Internet University, which I virtually attended on a full football scholarship through an administrative error. I frequently lecture my wife,  children and neighbours on a variety of subjects. I enjoy swimming, fishing, shooting and surfing despite the painful memories.

I pay my bills using a variety of sources including several websites, eBay, Amazon, Motor Vehicles, Duty Free, and anything else that makes a pound or two, I defend my income and businesses ruthlessy and without mercy. I pay my taxes on time and expect others to do the same. I love the £ and the Queen.

My favourite pastimes are Cooking and watching Gangster movies.

Do you know that runner beans go very well with garlic? yum yum.
I fry chopped garlic with a little butter and add a few chopped rashers of bacon. Then add the runner beans – put a lid on the frying pan and leave on a low heat for (hmm, probably half an hour). Just before serving up, add some cream and heat through a little.
This is just the yummies way to cook runner beans that you will never go back to boiling them again!
