Trepidation.

Funny thing happening this weekend, I will be meeting some guys I have known for years but I have never met before, it will be odd and fun, I am odd and I like fun so should be cool although god knows what they will make of me? I have never been guilty of making up an online persona like err “tall dark handsome clever and rich” , well I aint rich so that would a be a bit of a lie and a disappointment for those concerned, but you know what I mean, I read alot online and some people say all sorts of stuff about themselves and you know they are talking aload of old pony,,,

Anyway I am really looking forward to it even though I have done over a grand already on flights,cars and hotel….not even had a bloody drink yet!

A great new way to annoy people

I dropped Jack down to a party earlier, afterwards I popped into the shop to buy a paper but forgot to take some change with me so I bought some coke and a few other bits to make it over a fiver and pay by card, anyway just as I finished paying I remembered I got 4 numbers on the lottery last night and had the tickets in my pocket so I pulled those out and asked the girl to check my ticket, this was met with a few sighs behind but nothing major anyway turns out I won £79.00 so sensing the impending frustration behind me I promptly order 39 lucky dips for wed and 39 for next saturday, off she went to process them and came back looking really pissed off “you have a pound left” Sigh

“I know, I forgot to get some chewing gum!, can I have the pound please”

More sighs, I left the shop in the happy knowledge that I have just pissed off a shop full of people. Right, back to the kitchen I have to check how the lamb is roasting then I better make some batter.
